University System of Georgia Board of Regents
GTCN is proud to be a primary provider of video services to The
University System of Georgia Board of Regents. This production was
created for The University System of Georgia Foundation, the newly
created foundation for the entire university system. First presented
at the USG Foundation inaugural event, it is now used as an overview
for all USG Foundation fundraising initiatives. This video is a
comprehensive look at the university system and the purpose of the
USG Foundation.

Intellectual Capital
Partnership Program

University System of Georgia Board of Regents. This production was
created for The University System of Georgia's Intellectual Capital
Partnership Program (ICAPP), which is the centerpiece of the
University System of Georgia's economic development programs.

The Freshman Partner program is sponsored by Georgia Tech's Department
of Housing in conjunction with the Freshman Experience Program. This video

College of Computing Recruitment Program:
Four Tech Computer Science majors let us follow them around for a day to see what it's like to be a CS major. These videos are shown to recruit high school students for the College of Computing.
Freshman Experience Highlights:
Freshman were asked what they liked best about the Georgia Tech Department of Housing's Freshman Experience program. Their answers were combined in the following videos to show off the program to potential and incoming students, as well as other universities.
Packages
Please contact GTCN 6-8 weeks before your event (so we are sure to get you on
our calendar). GTCN needs at least two weeks to prepare for your event. When less
than two weeks notice is given to GTCN for production services, additional
charges will apply.
Minimum two-hour charge for production and postproduction services.

Preproduction
|
$60/hour
|

This includes any scouting of the area, any audio/video tests, and other tasks we complete before a production.
|

Production
|
$70/hour per camera
|
|
This is the shoot itself including any setup/breakdown time involved. The rate is based on the number of cameras because each extra camera will require an extra camera operator.
|

Postproduction
|
$80/hour
|
|
This is any editing we'll be doing. If you have more than one camera on the shoot, editing will be required to put together the two cameras' shots. The more edits (times you switch from camera 1 to camera 2 or vice versa) you'll want in the final programs, the more amount of time we'll spend in postproduction.

Clients who want additional DVDs (of their GTCN-produced program) will need to
