Packages

•Please contact GTCN 6-8 weeks before your event (so we are sure to get you on our calendar). GTCN needs at least two weeks to prepare for your event. When less than two weeks notice is given to GTCN for production services, additional charges will apply.

•Minimum two-hour charge for production and postproduction services.

Preproduction
$60/hour

This includes any scouting of the area, any audio/video tests, and other tasks we complete before a production.

Production
$70/hour per camera

This is the shoot itself including any setup/breakdown time involved. The rate is based on the number of cameras because each extra camera will require an extra camera operator.

Postproduction
$80/hour

This is any editing we'll be doing. If you have more than one camera on the shoot, editing will be required to put together the two cameras' shots. The more edits (times you switch from camera 1 to camera 2 or vice versa) you'll want in the final programs, the more amount of time we'll spend in postproduction.

Tape Cost
60-minute MiniDV tape
$10/tape

• Copies of Tape/Presentation

$10 each VHS copy
$10 each DVD copy

Clients who want additional DVDs (of their GTCN-produced program) will need to purchase them at $5/DVD. Clients spending $1000 or more will receive the first 15 DVD copies of their program at no additional charge.
